Jim Carr, the CEO of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), appeared on the February 12 episode of the Success Is A Choice podcast. Carr talked about his career in athletics and the positive things that the NAIA is doing in the lives of student-athletes. The NAIA provides opportunities for 65,000 student-athletes to grow, develop, and compete as college athletes. Carr also provides some recruiting tips for parents and shares the qualities that the best coaches possess.
