World Series play begins on the Thursday prior to Memorial Day and ends the Wednesday after Memorial Day

Facility Requirements:

Softball stadium with specifications consistent with governing playing rules.  Fields must have skinned infields with outfield fencing measuring 200 feet down the lines and 225 in centerfield.  Covered dugouts must be provided as well as a press box and lights.  Spectator seating must be provided for a minimum of 500 people. 

Hotel Requirements:

Centralized property capable of accommodating several meetings and a banquet for 400 people.

5-7 nights

Room Rate:

The price range is $90-$115, regardless of room occupancy

Hotel Pre-Registration:

Participants will be responsible for making reservations and paying for rooms directly with the hotel
