2023-24 Daktronics NAIA Women’s Wrestling Scholar-Athletes Released

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023-24 Daktronics NAIA Women’s Wrestling Scholar-Athletes with 125 student-athletes recognized. This winter, 28 institutions placed wrestlers on the list. 

Life (Ga.) is the NAIA leader with 14 award winners followed by Indiana Tech and Grand View (Iowa) with 13 and Cumberlands (Ky.) with eight. Campbellsville (Ky.), Montreat (N.C.), and Vanguard (Calif.) all placed six student-athletes on the list.

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year at said institution.
