KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Abby McIntyre of Grand View (Iowa) has been named the NAIA Women’s Wrestler of the Week. The winner was selected based on their performances from February 19 - 25 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Wrestlers of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

• Earned the Most Outstanding Wrestler during the Heart of America Conference Tournament.
• Claimed the 170-pound title winning all three matches via fall, including a championship win over top-ranked Ashley Lekas.
