2023 NAIA Women's Volleyball Players of the Week - No. 1 (August 29)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Rylee Troutman of Corban (Ore.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week, Mylie Mills of Eastern Oregon has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week and Abbigail Porter of Indiana Wesleyan has been named the NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week. The trio was selected based on their performances from August 21-27 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Volleyball Attacker of the Week
Rylee Troutman, Corban (Ore.) - JR - Outside Hitter
- Posted 67 kills in 15 sets for an average of 4.47 kills per set.
- Recorded an impressive attack percentage of .306.
- Named Midland Showdown Tournament MVP.
- Helped her team to a 3-1 week with wins over No. 9 Midland (Neb.), No. 8 Missouri Baptist and Grand View (Iowa).
NAIA Women's Volleyball Defender of the Week
Mulie Mills, Eastern Oregon - FR - Middle Blocker
- Posted 19 assisted blocks in eight sets for an average of 2.38 blocks per set.
- Recorded a week-high of nine assisted blocks in the teams win over Jessup (Calif.).
- Helped her team to an undefeated week over No. 25 Jessup (Calif.), Bryan (Tenn.) and Embry-Riddle (Ariz.).
NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week
Abbigail Porter, Indiana Wesleyan - SO - Setter
- Posted 143 assists in 13 sets for an average of 11 assists per set on the week.
- Recorded a double-double vs Central Methodist (Mo.) with 33 assists and 13 digs.
- Helped her team to an undefeated week over four Top 25 wins over No. 13 Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.), No. 19 Central Methodist (Mo.), No. 22 Ottawa (Kan.) and No. 14 Columbia (Mo.).
