2024 NAIA Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week - No. 5 (March 19)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Emma Rittman of Cumberlands (Ky.) has been named the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, and Da'Zah Regusters of Indiana Tech has been named the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from March 11-17 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unafilliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

Emma Rittman, Cumberlands (Ky.) - SO - Midfielder

  • The four-time NAIA National Player of the Week had yet another stellar week on the pitch with 12 points and 26 draw controls.
  • After posting eight shots and five goals against Missouri Baptist, all four shots she took on the road against Siena Heights (Mich.) were goals.
  • Rittman secured four ground balls, and a pair of turnovers, and took a total of 12 shots last week with nine of them on frame.

NAIA Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

Da'Zah Regusters, Indiana Tech - SO - Midfielder

  • Picked up 11 total ground balls, and caused nine turnovers in two games last week.
  • Regusters won eight draw controls.
  • Tallied six points with six goals.
