2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Women’s Golf Scholar-Athletes Released

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Women’s Golf Scholar-Athletes from nearly 120 schools with close to 350 total student-athletes selected for their academic achievements.

Grand View (Iowa) and Truett McConnell (Ga.) lead the field with eight honorees each, narrowly besting a group of four institutions which have seven representatives. Those schools are Briar Cliff (Iowa), Midway (Ky.), Pikeville (Ky.), and SCAD Savannah (Ga.).

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
