KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Grace Beyer of UHSP (Mo.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. Beyer was selected based on their performance from January 8-14 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.

Players of the week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Basketball Player of the Week 

Grace Beyer, UHSP (Mo.) – SR – Guard

• The top scored in the NAIA had another big week, putting up an average of 32.7 points between three games.
• Playing every minute of the team's three contests last week, she shot 49.3% from the floor and 37.5% from distance.
• Beyer also added an average of seven boards, 3.7 assists, and two steals to her stat sheet last week.
