KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Robert Swoboda of Corban (Ore.) has been named the NAIA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Swoboda was selected based on his performance(s) from September 25 - October 1 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Runners of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

• Took fifth place at the Charles Bowles Invitational with a time of 24:18.1 in the 8K race
• Beat the next closest NAIA runner by over 20 seconds
• Broke Corban school record in the 8K by nearly 20 seconds
