NAIA - Indoor Track & Field - Host Extention - Dakota State (S.D.)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced on Thursday that it has come to terms with Dakota State (S.D.) to extend its contract as the host of the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championship through the 2024 season.

Dakota State just completed its third year as host of the championships at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex in Brookings, S.D. Last season, Oklahoma City edged-out Indiana Tech for the Red Banner on the men’s side, while the Warriors cruised to the women’s title with an impressive performance overall.

“The NAIA is proud to announce a continued host partnership with Dakota State and the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex,” said Austin Bennett, NAIA Director of Championships. “Dakota State has done a tremendous job in providing our student-athletes a first-class championship experience and we are looking forward to heading back there for the next two seasons.”
